1. Nature of Services
A. Ponibass & Co. provides professional services including audit, taxation, GST, ROC compliance, advisory, and related chartered accountant services.
All services are rendered based on professional engagement and involve allocation of time, expertise, and resources.
2. No Refund Policy
Professional fees once paid are non-refundable.
Payments are accepted towards professional services rendered or to be rendered under agreed engagement terms. Upon acceptance of payment, resources are allocated and work may commence immediately.
3. Exception – Duplicate / Excess Payment
Refund shall be considered only in the following case:
- Duplicate payment made for the same invoice, OR
- Excess amount paid due to technical or clerical error.
In such cases:
- The client must inform in writing within 7 days of payment.
- Refund will be processed only after internal verification.
4. Deductions Applicable on Refund
In case of approved duplicate / excess payment refund:
- Payment gateway charges will be deducted.
- Administrative processing charges will be deducted.
- Applicable taxes already remitted, if any, will not be refunded.
- Bank / transaction charges, if any, will be deducted.
The firm shall refund only the net eligible excess amount.
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following are strictly non-refundable:
- Professional fees
- Consultation fees
- Advisory fees
- Retainership fees
- Government / statutory filing fees
- Third-party payments
- Stamp duty / registration charges
- Work partially or fully executed
6. Refund Timeline
Approved refunds (duplicate / excess only) will be processed within:
7–10 working days from approval.
Refund will be made to the original mode of payment only.
7. Jurisdiction
All matters shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
